    Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Graphic Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

    Job Description:

    As our Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with our marketing, product, and brand teams to develop high-quality, engaging design assets. From social media content and web graphics to print materials and branding projects, your creative work will help shape how the world sees our brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and produce graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.

    + Create print-ready assets such as brochures, posters, packaging, and event materials.

    + Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute design concepts.

    + Receive and incorporate feedback while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Stay current on design trends, techniques, and tools.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva experience is a plus.

    + Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

    + A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

    + Portfolio showcasing a variety of work across both digital and print mediums
