Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Database Developer to join our team. As a Database Developer, you will focus on creating, optimizing, and maintaining data models, dashboards, and visualizations while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs. This role involves working with SQL databases and leveraging BI tools to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various data sources into SQL databases and data warehouses.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

• Optimize data models and workflows using DAX and Power Query (M).

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through validation and performance optimization techniques.

• Manage and update existing dashboards and reports based on evolving business needs.

• Promote best practices in data governance, security, and business intelligence development.

• Leverage data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and actionable format.

• Utilize tools and technologies like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI Service for publishing and managing reports.

• Explore opportunities to enhance processes through the integration of cloud technologies and advanced analytics. Requirements • Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining database objects to support business applications and processes.

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and their integration with database systems.

• Expertise in Informatica for ETL processes and data transformation.

• Familiarity with MapR or similar big data platforms for handling complex datasets.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.

• Ability to implement AB testing methodologies using data-driven insights.

• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques to analyze and interpret data.

• Skill in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents to capture project objectives accurately.

• Competence in designing and creating dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
