Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in Warren, New Jersey. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be involved in various accounting functions such as account coding, account analysis, and account reconciliation. You will also be handling accounting software systems and ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and management

• Conduct account coding for financial transactions

• Perform accounting functions including accounts payable

• Execute account analysis to ensure accuracy

• Carry out account reconciliation to check discrepancies

• Operate Dynamics NAV for financial tracking

• Use Adobe Acrobat for document management

• Implement ERP solutions for streamlined operations

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting entries

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary

• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is required

• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat is expected

• Experience with Dynamics NAV is highly desirable

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is crucial

• Skilled in Account Analysis for accurate financial forecasting

• Capable of making precise Accounting Entries

• Solid understanding and experience in executing Accounting Functions

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation accurately

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is a must
