    Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

     

    We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and be responsible for creating captivating motion graphics and animations that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and bring static visuals to life across digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for video content, social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and product explainers.

    + Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling animations.

    + Edit and composite video footage with visual effects and animated elements.

    + Work with creative briefs and storyboards to develop animations that meet project goals and deadlines.

    + Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices in motion design and animation.

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or a related creative field.

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).

    + Experience with 2D and/or 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. is a plus).

    + Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work.

    + Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
