What We’re Looking For:

+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

+ Experience with database systems and data management

+ Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing tools

+ Strong typing and data entry skills

+ Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively

+ Solid communication skills—both written and verbal

+ A team player with a positive attitude and great customer service skills

Requirements

+ Entering and updating data in internal systems

+ Bilingual Spanish

+ Organizing and tagging records for easy retrieval

+ Transferring physical files into digital formats

+ Collecting and processing client and customer information

+ Maintaining and auditing the database for accuracy

+ Generating reports and summaries as needed

+ Handling purchase orders (POs) and indexing invoices
