    Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the food and food processing industry. Located in Morrisville, North Carolina, this role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounts payable system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurate and efficient processing of credit applications from customers.

    • Maintaining precise records of customer credit.

    • Prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

    • Regular monitoring and managing of customer accounts.

    • Performing account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial data.

    • Processing invoices and ensuring they are correctly coded.

    • Conducting check runs to ensure timely payments.

    • Utilizing skills in data entry to maintain and update financial databases.

    • Proficiently using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

    • Ensuring all invoice processing is done accurately and promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

    • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Ability to conduct Check Runs

    • Knowledge of Coding Invoices

    • Skilled in Data Entry

    • Familiarity with Invoice Processing

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel

    • Experience with Oracle software

    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks

    • Knowledge of SAP system
