    Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and be eager to gain hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.

     

    Key Responsibilities: Process and code vendor invoices, ensure timely payments (AP) Prepare customer invoices, apply payments, and follow up on outstanding balances (AR) Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Assist with month-end close and journal entries Maintain accurate records and support audit requests Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of experience in a detail oriented accounting environment (internships welcome) Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
