AN EXPERIENCED AND TALENTED COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL IS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR A HIGH PROFILE POSITION IN ONE OF THE FINEST LAW FIRMS IN THE ENTRE DALLAS/UPTOWN AREA!!!

• Draft contracts, lease agreements, and amendments

• Employ your proficiency in Microsoft Office to create, manage, and organize documents and presentations.

• Leverage your expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate to provide comprehensive legal support.

• Use your knowledge of Real Estate - Leasing and Title and Survey documents to assist with all real estate transactions.

• Take charge of handling Real Estate Contracts to ensure all legal requirements are met.

• Apply your familiarity with real estate financing and Real Estate Leases to provide insightful legal advice.

• Use your excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks and meet deadlines.

• Utilize your strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders.

• Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex legal issues.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is given the necessary attention and completed efficiently.

• Use your excellent knowledge of legal documentation and terminology to assist with case management.

• Be proactive and take initiative in all tasks to ensure the

smooth running of operations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal from a law firm or corporation

In-depth experience working with a variety of commercial Real

Estate transactions and documentation is required

Heavy Title & Survey , and lease review experience is needed

Must be able to draft, review and coordinate the execution of commercial contracts and leases

Excellent writing/drafting skills

Experience with Commercial Leasing, UCC Filings and Real Estate Closings

Desire to work in a fun and comfortable office

Must have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or

Asociate's Degree in Paralegal Studies
