Description
Robert Half has a client seeking a Project Manager with strong client facing experience who resides in the state of Delaware (required). This is a consulting opportunity that is intended to go fulltime. As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client-facing activities and will play a crucial role in the execution and implementation of all marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for all marketing related activities, ensuring smooth execution and implementation.
• Effectively manage internal budgets, labor hours, and reporting to maintain profitability.
• Monitor and analyze competitive activities and trends across various media, both traditional and non-traditional, to create comprehensive client reports.
• Lead the development of status reports, financial estimates, tracking, and media planning and buying reports.
• Oversee the development of creative, research, and media briefings.
• Ensure all processes are adhered to and executed flawlessly.
• Manage competitive intelligence by tracking new product introductions and sales/market share.
• Work collaboratively with analytic counterparts to ensure client data is captured, dashboards are updated and agency resources meet regularly to discuss results and formulate strategies.
• Ensure proper resources, timelines, and processes are in place to support the IP process.
• Handle project updates across teams and ensure a high level of customer success.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies
• Experience in Campaign Planning and execution
• Ability to deliver high-quality Deliverables on time
• Knowledge of setting and achieving Marketing Objectives
• Experience in planning and executing Digital Media Campaigns
• Familiarity with Direct Mail Campaigns
• Proven skills in Brand Activation and Brand Building
• Excellent Public Relations skills
• Experience in Public Relations - Account Service is a plus
• Ability to ensure Customer Success
• Experience in Customer Success Management
• Proven track record in Key Account Management
