Our investment in the future needs those with an eye on the bottom line, and our Financial organization plays a vital role in supporting our game-changing ideas with creative solutions to complex problems. Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and monthly close; perform monthly close duties, including general journal entries, reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, and preparation of GAAP financial statements

+ Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial statements and related management reporting, including variance explanations in the income statement and balance sheet

+ Support teams across the business, including external/internal audit, tax, finance, procurement, human resources, legal, and operations

+ Identify opportunities to automate current manual processes and improve utilization of technology and systems to create efficiencies within the accounting department

+ Provide support for strategic transactions

+ Work cross-functionally with multiple accounting teams

+ Other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor and/or master’s degree(s) in accounting

+ 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in growth companies

+ CPA or equivalent qualification a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses

+ Experience creating and implementing new accounting guidance and corresponding process development

+ Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management, analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Self-motivated, able to problem solve creatively and meet expanding business needs as circumstances require

+ Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting in an often pivoting work environment and with effective cross-functional management skills

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, great team player, attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement

+ Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle a plus

This role will be onsite in Englewood, CO.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
