System One is assisting a client in hiring an Office Manager. This client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support their office operations. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in paralegal work and general office administration who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry
+ Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and reports
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
+ Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files and records
+ Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
+ Assist with client intake, billing, and other basic office management tasks
+ Conduct light legal research as needed
+ Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all work
Qualifications:
+ 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal or professional administrative role
+ Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
