Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a Civil Engineering firm to recruit and hire a Geotechnical Engineer to join their team near San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Lead Geotechnical staff and laboratory operations

+ Lead the preparation of soil investigations, retaining wall designs, slope stability analyses, and other technical documents

+ Oversee the Field Inspection Division, ensuring quality and compliance

+ Manage projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering professional growth

**Qualifications** :

+ Active California PE licensure (Civil or Geotechnical)

+ 7+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering

+ 2+ years of management experience preferred

+ Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, CALTRANS, and CBC standards

**Our client offers** :

+ Competitive base salary in the 130k-150k range

**Pay Details:** $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
