Adecco is proud to partner with a leading manufacturing company in their search for an **HR Generalist III** in **Centralia, MO** . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a people-first organization with room for long-term growth!
• **Location:** Centralia, MO (100% Onsite)
• **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• **Pay Rate:** $30–$35/hr (based on experience)
• **Type:** Temp to Hire
• **PPE Required:** Steel toe shoes and safety glasses (for interview)
Job Description:
The HR Recruiter/Assistant will support daily HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring efforts at a manufacturing site. You’ll collaborate closely with plant leadership and provide employee support across hiring, onboarding, policies, and internal communication.
Must-Haves:
• 3+ years of HR experience
• 2 years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with onsite work and interacting directly with operations staff

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
