THE OPPORTUNITY
The Credit Card Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in supporting both internal and external clients throughout the credit card application process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end application workflow, including collecting and reviewing required documentation, following up with clients to obtain necessary information, entering client data into the system for credit analysis, and tracking application statuses. The specialist ensures accuracy and completeness of all submitted documentation and works collaboratively with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Additionally, maintaining organized records of client interactions and documentation is a key aspect of this role. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
+ Review and collect necessary documentation from clients to complete the credit card application process.
+ Follow up with clients to obtain relevant information required for credit decisioning.
+ Accurately input client data into the system for credit analysis and decision-making.
+ Conduct financial analysis of credit and collateral of borrowers to determine credit worthiness.
+ Perform financial, operational, valuation, underwriting, and transactional analysis to approve or decline the application.
+ Complete borrower risk assessments.
+ Monitor the status of credit card applications and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure all documentation and client information are accurate and complete before submission.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any application-related issues or discrepancies.
+ Maintain well-organized records of client interactions and documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
+ Previous experience in credit or loan processing within financial services is highly preferred.
+ Knowledge of corporate card platforms, expense management systems, and financial regulations is a plus.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of credit card operations experience or a relevant financial services role.
+ 3-5 years of experience supporting clients and relationship managers in a fast-paced environment preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field and/or relevant work experience or training is preferred.

SALARY RANGE
The full-time base salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - 80,000.00 USD a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
