Position: Part-Time Customer Service/Office Representative Join a Leading Home Organization Brand! Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in custom home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install tailored solutions, including closets, home office furniture, media centers, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, part-time Customer Service/Office Representative to join our team.  As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience. Days/Hours: M- F from 8am-12pm (and Rotating Saturday’s from 9:15am-4:15pm) in our Office in South Salt Lake, Utah. Key Responsibilities: * Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth. * Manage and coordinate designers' appointment schedules. * Greet and assist visitors with enthusiasm and attention to detail. * Provide administrative support to the office staff, sales team, and production/installation departments. * Perform general office duties and work efficiently with computer systems.
