We seek a Product Delivery Manager with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to define software behavior, advocate for top-tier real estate software, and drive global customer-focused innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will have a significant opportunity to impact the core commercial real estate business. You will collaborate with product managers to prioritize, develop, and implement product backlog items, and work with end users to uncover requirements and understand their daily activities. You will partner with designers to create solutions that meet requirements and delight customers, and work as part of a software engineering team to provide insights, requirements, and clarity to developers daily. Additionally, you will facilitate and provide operational support for the product and engineering teams, and may lead refinement sessions and coordinate other agile development ceremonies.
Job responsibilities
+ Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
+ Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
+ Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
+ Perform complex analysis on commercial real estate problems to identify opportunities to improve sales and overall customer experience
+ Establish backlog items for new software that will in support sales leads and portfolio features
+ Conduct interviews and design thinking sessions with end users to understand problems and ideate on potential solutions
+ Help prioritize the product backlog in conjunction with product and engineering teams
+ Create mockups and wireframes as part of requirement elicitation
+ Manage multiple projects and proactively communicate issues and priorities
+ Communicate complicated problems and solutions to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area (e.g., business analyst, UX designer, or product owner)
+ Advanced experience analyzing software problems and documenting requirement artifacts including user stories, use cases, and process flows
+ Advanced experience creating mockups and wireframes with tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq Mockups, or similar
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience balancing concurrent deadlines
+ Comfortable influencing others and negotiating
+ Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment
+ Working knowledge of domain modeling and/or data normalization concepts in databases
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Commerical Real Estate and/or General Lending background
+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
+ Prior experience using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
