• Clinical Nurse Manager - ICU/IMCU

    Overview

     

    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **Clinical Nurse Manager** to lead our **Intensive Care Unit (ICU)** and **Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)** teams. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, fostering professional development, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. This leadership role demands a hands-on, dynamic manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

    What You Can Expect:

    The Manager of Nursing and Patient Care is responsible for managing operation of a single or multiple units based on size with 24/7 responsibility for all nursing and patient care activities to include: patient experience and consumer engagement, stewardship, culture and quality and safety. Direct reports include but aren't limited to Assistant Manager Nursing/Patient Care, RNs, HUCs and CNAs.

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelors' of Nursing Degree

    + Experience: 7 years' relevant experience

    + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
