The SRE will be
responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our
software systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in systems administration, software engineering, and a deep
understanding of cloud technologies.
Primary Skills : Datadog, Splunk, Azure Devops, Linux, Terraform,
Python, Shell Scripting
Secondary Skills : Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience : 5-8 Years
+ Develop, maintain and configure cloudobservability systems (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, APM, etc.).
+ Design, build, and maintain efficient CI/CDpipelines on Azure DevOps.
+ Strong background in Azure cloud services (AzureDevOps & Azure Paas etc.)
+ Knowledge of version control systems (Git,GitHub, Azure Repos).
+ Automate infrastructure provisioning andconfiguration using tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
+ Troubleshoot build and deployment issues acrossmultiple environments.
+ Build flexible monitoring and alerting toproactively address issues before they become incidents.
+ Identify and address performance issues and optimizesystem performance.
+ Partner with development teams to establishapplication production readiness through rigorous testing and releaseprocedures.
+ Participate in on-call rotations for incidentresponse and postmortem investigation.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Strong understanding of Networking in cloud.
+ Strong understanding of DevOps principles andpractices.
+ Automation: Develop and maintain automation toolsand processes to streamline system deployment, configuration management,and infrastructure provisioning.
+ Capacity Planning: SREs analyze systemperformance and usage trends to forecast future capacity needs and ensurethat systems can handle expected loads.
+ Service Level Objectives (SLOs): Define, monitor,and maintain service level objectives, which are agreed-upon targets forthe reliability and performance of a service.
+ Install and configure Linux servers and softwareapplications.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance
with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range
represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,
geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,

business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base
salary range for the tagged location is $ 105000 -115000 per annum. This role may
be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or
commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible
employees.
