+ Implement advanced analytics techniques to improve process stability, reduce cycle time, and enhance overall product quality including “run/wait/hold” processes and productivity metrics.

+ Analyze and identify sources of variation to improve equipment performance and throughput.

    Quality Control and Defect Analysis:

+ Design and implement data-driven solutions for identifying defects and anomalies in semiconductor fabrication including photo overlay measurements and critical dimension specifications

+ Develop algorithms to detect patterns in manufacturing data that lead to process improvements and defect reduction.

    Data Integration and Visualization:

+ Integrate data from various sources (e.g., SECS/GEM equipment systems, oracle databases, vendor software) to create unified datasets for analysis.

+ Visualize data insights through dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making and communicate findings to stakeholders.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree and 8+ years of related experience or Master degree and 6+ years of related experience

+ Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

+ Familiarity with electronics manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry-specific challenges.

+ High level proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, JMP, SQL and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Plotly).

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
