What you´ll do
+ Contributes to strategic and tactical planning Identifies and drives new business development activities
+ Supports R&D projects critical to business.
+ Supports road mapping of technology/business development.
+ Acts as an ambassador for the scientific community of Henkel BU.
+ Generates test plans and/or experiments.
+ Participates in site's safety and/or 5S programs.
+ Secures IP position in own area of development.
What makes you a good fit
+ Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, Materials Science, or in any other related scientific areas, is highly preferred.
+ Candidate with B.S. degree and a strong track record of successful Product Development in the relevant area may be considered.
+ Minimum 2-4 years of demonstrate laboratory experience in the areas of coating and adhesive formulations (water and/ or solvent- borne) is required. Knowledge of food packaging regulations a plus.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
+ Proven ability to invent and innovate, and strong ability to design and implement experiments are needed.
+ Professional laboratory skills are essential.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
