Responsibilities

+ Must be able to work evenings and on call

+ Managing inbound 800 line customer calls for sales, services, employment, complaints, and general problem solving

+ Identify from a social/physical needs aspect the situation and needs of the individual

+ Provide customers with product and service information; obtain customer information, and customer leads

+ Facilitating outbound calls to connect callers with proper Company resources and Company branches

+ Accountable for the successful handling of all inbound and outbound call activities and driving call leads to branch home conference and branch sale

+ Researching care related solutions for customers

+ Identify and escalate priority issues

+ Documenting all interactions and following up on customer needs

+ Complete call logs and call reports

+ Provide leadership/ coaching to Customer Service Center Representatives

+ Review Respect & Care Service Center calls for quality check and feedback

+ Provide detailed reporting to leadership as requested

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and etiquette via phone and email

+ Professional Customer Service skills with basic sales, building rapport, and problem solving experience

+ High energy, good memory, and able to multitask effectively

+ Structured organizational skills

+ Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

+ Computer skills including working in Word, Excel, and databases

+ Good listening skills and attention to detail

+ Detail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple projects

+ Available to work varying shifts as needed

Salary Range

USD $15.00 - $18.00 / Hour
