    We are looking to add a Full-Time Lead Cleaner to our Team! The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.

     

    We believe success in this position requires individuals who can work independently, manage their time wisely, and have excellent attention to detail.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure all details have been completed in compliance with the specific scope or work.

    + Help complete deliverables in client’s agreement/statement of work to the highest possible standards.

    + Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams.

    + Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors

    + Restroom/lunchroom cleaning

    + Emptying trash

    + Dusting

    + Window cleaning

    + Carpet spotting- minimal

    + Communicate well with management and team members.

    + Other duties as needed.

     

    Status: Full-time

     

    Work Location: Columbus, OH 43215

     

    Hours: Monday – Friday; 6:00pm – 2:30am

     

    About You

     

    + Ability to pass a Background Check

    + Minimum of one (1) year supervisory/lead experience in commercial cleaning preferred.

    + Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards.

    + Communicate well with management and team members.

     

    This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, drive, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, speak, hear, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
