    About the Job:

    + Assists in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders.

    + Collects and analyzes sputum and blood specimens to determine infection and levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases.

    + Measures the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is an impairment.

    + Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, Performs a variety of tasks.

    _Key qualifications to be considered for this include:_

    + Associate's degree and credentialed as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP) by the Arkansas Medical Board.

    + Expected to maintain BLS and NRP certification.
