Acute care hospital experience required for this position.

+ _This is an exempt position at our Pine Ridge hospital campus._

+ Directs an organization's facilities department

+ Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators

+ Will manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds

+ Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement

+ Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

+ Performs a variety of tasks

+ Leads and directs the work of others

+ Reports to CEO

+ Familiar with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care Facilities

+ Proficiency with Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety

+ Emergency Management Experience preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in the field.

+ CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) or equivalent preferred
