Tool Crib Attendant, 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

+ Ensures accurate inventory through performing cycle counts

+ Receives delivered parts into the inventory management system

+ Puts away stock into appropriate location

+ Issues inventory to fulfill needs of maintenance team

+ Prepares parts in advance for planned maintenance activities in kit form

+ Packages parts to prepare to send out for rework/repair

+ Utilizes the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to maintain inventory records

+ Keeps stockroom clean and organized

+ Ensures parts are stored properly to prevent premature failures

+ Performs 5S in the maintenance shop

+ Brings tools and supplies as requested to the location of the work being performed

Education and Experience

+ High school diploma/equivalent or higher education
