    Position Summary

    + Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system.

     

    Primary Position Responsibilities

     

    + Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards.

    + Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system.

    + Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum Education :

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) :

    + Required:

    + 2 years of office experience

    + Preferred:

    + 2 years of medical office/hospital experience

    + License, Registry or Certification :

    + Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities :

    + Able to work with staff on all levels
