Responsibilities
The Division of Hematology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking an early to mid-career physician with a clinical focus on allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for acute leukemia and myeloid malignancies and a research focus on graft-versus-host-disease, particularly on the treatment of acute leukemias and myeloid neoplasms. The Allogeneic BMT group at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, consists of seven physicians dedicated to allogeneic transplant, while the Acute Leukemia and Myeloid Neoplasms disease-oriented group includes 14 physicians and physician-scientists.
We are looking for a candidate who will be actively involved in a busy clinical practice in these areas, lead clinical trials, and be an active participant in advancing the practice, clinical research, and education of fellows. The position will involve a balanced mix of hospital service and clinic-based activity. The bone marrow transplant and acute leukemia disease-oriented groups have an established biobank, clinical database, and Clinical Trials Unit. Additionally, significant translational and basic science work is being carried out by the team. The candidate will be able to leverage support from all these facilities and faculties to help with their career development.

Qualifications
Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible in Hematology and eligible for medical licensure in the state of Minnesota. Fellowship training in transplantation is preferred.

Compensation Detail
The minimum starting salary for Medical specialties may range from $202,000 to $663,037. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
