Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations of multiple affordable housing properties in compliance with HUD, Section 8, and Tax Credit regulations. If you have the skills and experience, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Directly supervise property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and compliance.

+ Conduct annual recertifications for all affordable housing programs.

+ Lead property audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring readiness.

+ Develop operational budgets and oversee property financials.

+ Ensure maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly, and property conditions adhere to quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of property management experience in affordable housing sectors.

+ Advanced knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and Tax Credit guidelines.

+ Proficiency in property management systems and financial reporting processes.

+ CAM, COS, or other relevant certifications required.

+ Strong leadership ability and excellent problem-solving skills.
