Description
Join our dynamic team of professionals as an Accounting Clerk, where you’ll play a key role in managing and maintaining financial records across a variety of industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with proficiency in at least two accounting ERP software systems and intermediate Excel skills.

Key responsibilities of an FTEP Accounting Clerk may include:
+ Enter and verify invoices, receipts, and payment requests into the accounting system.
+ Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances in financial records.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
+ Update and manage accounting files and documents, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
+ Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
+ Provide support to the accounting team and management as needed.
Requirements
+ Associate degree in accounting or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash handling.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and at least 2 accounting software (Netsuite, Yardi, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Etc. )
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ High accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
