    Your responsibilities

    - Analyze and summarize legal documents

     

    - Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

     

    - Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

     

    - Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

     

    - Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

     

    - Adeptness in estate planning

     

    - Comprehensive knowledge of Probate

     

    - Strong familiarity with Probate Litigation

     

    - Command of Probate & Estate Administration

     

    - Legal research experience preferred

     

    - Licensed Attorney experience

     

    - Licensed attorney

     

    - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

     

    - High attention to detail

     

    - Stellar academic credentials and references
