• Oracle Data Conversion Lead

    Robert Half Technology (Fort Lauderdale, FL)


    Description

    + Oversee and contribute to Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance data conversion efforts.

    + Collaborate with users and technical teams to ensure accurate and complete data loads from legacy systems.

    + Lead conversion strategy planning and troubleshoot migration issues throughout all project phases.

    + Support testing cycles and post-go-live validation efforts to maintain data integrity.

    + Document and report on conversion progress, issues, and performance optimization.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years experience with Oracle conversion/import methods like FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, and Oracle Visual Builder.

    + Hands-on expertise in converting objects including Customers, Billing/AR, PPM, HCM, and Suppliers.

    + Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance modules.

    + Strong understanding of error handling, logging, validation, and performance tuning for conversion processes.
