Description
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or program administration settings.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
+ Strong analytical abilities, adaptability, and interpersonal skills for dynamic work environments.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
+ Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., V-lookup, pivot tables, data analytics).
+ Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word.
+ Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Concur required; familiarity with proprietary database systems like Salesforce or Blackbaud Education Edge strongly preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Flexibility with assignments and schedules.
+ Critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and professionalism in interactions.
+ Preferred experience in union or non-profit organizations.
