    Looking to make a difference in affordable housing? We are hiring talented Property Managers experienced in the management of Tax Credit, HUD, and Section 8 properties. You’ll oversee community operations while helping residents access safe and affordable housing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage tenant leasing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance with LIHTC and HUD standards.

    + Conduct income recertifications and prepare documentation for audits and inspections.

    + Supervise staff and develop property budgets for financial efficiency.

    + Handle maintenance requests and vendor services to maintain property standards.

    + Maintain positive communication with residents to ensure satisfaction and build trust.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 years of affordable housing management experience.

    + Expertise in Section 8 and HUD compliance processes.

    + Proficiency in software like Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems.

    + Professional certifications such as CAM or COS are preferred.

    + Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
