    Description

Robert Half is partnering with a reputable organization to place an experienced Client Associate in a fully on-site role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced team environment in Tierra Santa , CA while building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring seamless service.

     

    As a Client Associate, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them resolve inquiries, coordinate services, and manage accounts. Your role is integral to ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication, efficient problem-solving, and a welcoming demeanor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Respond to client inquiries regarding services, accounts, and billing, ensuring prompt and professional resolution

    + Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling client meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining up-to-date records

    + Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions and ensure the highest level of service

    + Process contracts, proposals, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards

    + Provide on-site support to enhance client interaction and foster strong working relationships during visits or consultations

    Requirements

    + Minimum 1 year in a client-facing, administrative, or customer service role. Experience in account management is a plus.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and problem-solving expertise.

    + Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems or client databases is an asset.

    + High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + Professional demeanor with a client-first approach, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
