CNA - HHA-Companions Job Summary: Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston is seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as CNAs, HHAs, and Companions. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job. We are looking for those individuals who can work in t he Metrowest - Boston area including suburbs. Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly pay of $20 per hour, paid weekly - Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance - A supportive team environment - Continuing education Responsibilities: - Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Perform household tasks, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation - Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social events - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress - Follow care plans and communicate any modifications to the care team - Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols - Meet all documentation and reporting requirements set forth by Griswold Home Care and regulatory agencies Requirements: - Active CNA, HHA or Companion certificate or license in the state of Massachusetts - Minimum of 1 year of related experience - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and empathetic nature - Ability to work independently and follow care plans - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Must be able to provide 2 professional references and 2 personal references EEOC Statement: Griswold Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
