**Job Title:** General Labor – Night Shift

**Manager Title:** Production Supervisor

**FLSA Status:** Non **-** Exempt – Full Time

Job Summary:

The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Completes break out of material from laser systems.

+ Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.

+ Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

Required Skills/Abilities:

+ Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.

+ Must also be quality and safety driven.

+ Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.

+ Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

+ High school education or equivalent.

+ Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.

+ Most work performed standing at floor level.
