We're on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic representative to join our team as a full-time Business Development Representative in our Internet Sales Department. We provide an aggressive compensation plan to include benefits i.e. medical, dental, vision and paid time off.  BDC Representative Qualifications: * Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice * Possess time management skills and be able to work independently * Take direction well * Must like being part of a TEAM * Must be able to stay focused * Must have an open availability  BDC Representative Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to schedule appointments following dealership specific guidelines. * Receive inbound calls for two dealerships, schedule appointments or route calls to the proper department. * Reaching out to customers using provided lists to generate sales appointments. * Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for their sales needs. * Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction * Work in close partnership with sales professionals to provide detailed information on customer requirements * Meet specified monthly targets and goals * Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience: * Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required.
