Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable General Operator - Assembly Technician to join our team in helping build our high-quality products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing great work.

You will be part of a motivated group helping to assemble products used by some of the world's leading companies. This position supports a manufacturing plant with around 200 employees and is part of a $7.2 billion global company.

Essential Job Functions

+ Work as part of a team to put together products using simple tools and instructions.

+ Follow directions and safety rules to make sure products are built correctly and safely.

+ Use basic hand tools like screwdrivers or wrenches to help with the assembly process.

+ Help keep your work area clean and organized.

+ Pay attention to details to make sure everything is done right the first time.

+ Stay on track to meet daily production goals with the rest of your team.

+ Let your supervisor know if something is wrong or not working properly.

+ Take part in training to learn how to safely and effectively build our products.

+ Help keep tools and equipment in good shape and let someone know if anything needs fixing.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Previous experience working in a factory or doing assembly work is a plus, but not required.

+ Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

+ Able to work well with others as part of a team.

+ Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.

+ Able to be on your feet and move around during the workday.

Physical / ADA Requirements

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

+ Able to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout your shift.

+ Comfortable using tools and doing hands-on work for extended periods.

+ May need to climb ladders or move materials from one area to another.
