    What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Engineer at KMM Group:

    You'll join a high-performance engineering team and get hands-on from day one - learning how to turn complex designs into real parts with real consequences. As a Level 1 Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support production, develop manufacturing process plans, execute purchasing requirements, and help ensure quality at every step. You won't just support operations - you'll improve them.

    Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

    + Creating detailed manufacturing process plans using SolidWorks and our ERP/MRP systems

    + Generating BOMs, routing steps, tooling plans, and 2D/3D process drawings

    + Supporting production with everything they need to succeed - from raw materials to cutting tools and fixtures

    + Estimating cycle times and costs using our quoting systems and similar part data

    + Collaborating with Quality to define inspection criteria and "balloon" part drawings using cutting edge Quality Planning software.

    + Participating in customer reviews and new project launches

    + Continuously improving processes by reviewing and refining job plans after production

    • Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Manufacturing, (or equivalent hands-on experience in CNC machining)

    + Proficiency with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    + Strong computer literacy and a solid understanding of the Windows operating system

    + Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance thoroughness and efficiency

    + Ability to learn new software platforms and apply problem-solving techniques quickly

    + Clear and confident communication skills for cross-functional teamwork

    + Eagerness to grow within a precision-focused, engineering-driven manufacturing environment

    + Strong interest in complex machining, manufacturing workflows, and continuous improvement

    + US Citizenship or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) Required
