Description

We are looking for a Techno Functional Business Analyst with experience in the Microsoft 365 Suite to join our team in San Diego California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with department leaders and clients, gaining exposure to project management and technical oversight. Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and ongoing support for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, to support collaboration and business requirements.

• Design and implement SharePoint and Teams sites, libraries, workflows, and permissions tailored to user needs and best practices.

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes and develop efficient solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools.

• Administer Power Automate workflows to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.

• Oversee user access, permissions, and security settings across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams environments.

• Apply governance, security, and performance standards to Power Platform applications and SharePoint Online.

• Deliver training and ongoing support for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.

• Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, specializing in SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate workflows.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
