    This posting is for Adjunct Instructor - Medical Office Specialist at Bossier Parish Community College.

     

    Salary: $2250 per 3 credit hour course

     

    Time: Day, evening, and online courses

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Medical Records Administration or Medical Office Specialist

    + Must be a current Certified Medical Professional Coder or Certified Medical Coding Specialist

    + Must have two (2) years of work experience as a certified Medical Coding Specialist

     

    Examples of Work

     

    + Instruction of students in the area of Medical Office Specialist and Medical Coding

    + Perform student evaluations
