Your Key Responsibilities

+ Complete assigned project(s) over the course of a work term.

+ Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction.

+ Participants will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes.

Your Qualifications

+ High school Diploma or Equivalent

+ Must be pursuing an academic degree

+ Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester

+ Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent communication ability (written &verbal)

+ Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results

+ Assertive approach to solving problems

+ Ability to prioritize

+ The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty-five pounds

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
