Schedule & Compensation:

+ **Pay:** $36.00-$39.00 per hour

+ **Shift:** Rotating Days and nights

What You’ll Do:

As an Operating Engineer, you will focus on the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment across multiple systems. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring optimal performance in a fast-paced environment.

_Key Responsibilities:_

+ Perform **maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair** of facility equipment.

+ Maintain **Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control Systems** .

+ Ensure minimal disruption to client space and follow up with thorough clean-up.

+ Manage facility services, **preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control** .

+ Monitor **HVAC systems** , perform adjustments, and optimize performance.

+ **Record readings** and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper equipment operation.

+ **Ensure compliance** with safety policies for hazardous materials.

+ Evaluate and coordinate with vendors for **quality maintenance work** .

+ Oversee **tool and instrument inventory** and verify deliveries.

+ Support **event setup/teardown** , including electrical and A/V coordination.

+ Perform **other duties as assigned** to support facility operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

_Minimum Requirements:_

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ 4+ years of related work experience.

+ Experience with systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

+ Ability to analyze technical procedures and governmental regulations.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.

+ Ability to work different schedules, including holidays and respond to site emergencies.

_Preferred Qualifications:_

+ Experience with Corrigo, MCIM/Salesforce, Zendesk, and Service Now.

+ Hands-on experience in a data center/critical facility

**Pay Details:** $36.00 to $39.00 per hour
