Fuel Office Clerk
Transdev in Bel Air, MD is hiring an Office/Fuel Clerk. The Office/Fuel Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location within the fuel and administrative office. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety

Key Responsibilities:
+ Process daily transaction from fuel sites
+ Reconcile all fuel transactions
+ Maintain Monthly Inventory Record
+ Order fuel as needed or as directed.
+ Ensure deliveries are made in accordance with the Contract.
+ Log fuel tickets and invoices. Check for accuracy in pricing and submit for payment.
+ Download fuel transactions into Faster Maintenance Database
+ Encode / deactivate fuel key fobs
+ Record log and surplus fuel key fobs
+ Maintain various databases in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Troubleshoot fuel and billing discrepancies.
+ Initiate service calls for repairs to fuel island and system.
+ Maintain all records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Run and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience
+ Advanced proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
+ Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
