    JOB SUMMARY

    Toledo Ice Cream is a DFA company that has immediate job openings for two Seasonal Maintenance Workers to perform all-purpose maintenance duties, including but not limited to: building/facility painting, grounds upkeep, irrigation, repairs/improvements as assigned. The Seasonal Maintenance Worker will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

    **SEASONAL RATE:** $20.00 hourly

    **JOB DURATION:** Temp/Seasonal – ASAP thru September 2025

    **SCHEDULE:** One 1 st Shift Opening Monday thru Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm & One 2 nd Shift Opening Monday thru Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm

    Requirements

    + **Preferably 4+ years' professional experience interior/exterior painting for residential or commercial properties**

    + High school diploma or GEDpreferred

    + Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

    + Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

    + Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and assist others when lifting is required

    + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills
