Overview

We’re looking for an **Executive Recruiter** to join our team. This position is responsible forcompleting the full cycle recruitment and compliance processes for leadership openings according to the company’s policies and procedures. As a part of this team, you will be solely responsible for reviewing all resumes and screening all applicants for all open positions within your assigned area/territory.

This is a work from home position. To support operational needs and business hours, candidates should reside in one of** **these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia.

About You

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting managing 10-25 healthcare leadership openings preferably

+ Able to manage 10-25 leadership openings

+ A proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics driven environment

+ Proficient in recruiting technology (i.e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e., Indeed, Linkedin, texting software)

+ Strong cold calling and networking experience

+ Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders

+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
