    Job Title: Senior Guidewire Integration Developer

    About the Role:

    Are you a seasoned Guidewire Integration Developer ready to make an impact at scale? We are seeking a Senior Guidewire Integration Developer with a deep understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem—especially PolicyCenter in the Cloud—to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead integration efforts across Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

    + Analyze complex business problems and system limitations in collaboration with functional users and consultants.

    + Review and understand system capabilities and workflows to recommend optimized changes.

    + Design and develop integration components using SOAP/RESTful web services, XML, XSD, Messaging, and Plugins.

    + Perform production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BillingCenter applications.

    + Utilize tools like TortoiseSVN/GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipeline management.

    + Participate in Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and code releases.

    + Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and integration.

    + Mentor junior developers and lead peer code reviews and design discussions.

    + Maintain detailed documentation and follow software quality standards and change management processes.

    Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

    + 9–10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Guidewire Integration.

    + PolicyCenter Cloud experience is mandatory.

    + Hands-on experience with configuration and integration of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

    + In-depth understanding of Guidewire OOTB features.

    + Strong experience with defect tracking and management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

    + Working knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD (Jenkins), and source control systems.

    + Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Desired Skills:

    + Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

    + Experience with performance tuning and database optimization.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Exposure to Insurance Application Architecture (IAA).

    + Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a development team.

    Educational Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
