_What is the job?_
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring daily efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse operations. These operations include worker’s safety, receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse facility (space) management. This position will support a safe working environment in area of responsibility at all times. In addition, they will correct or report unsafe acts or conditions through appropriate channels of resolution. This role will perform accident investigations, complete required paperwork, and perform necessary follow-up as required. The Warehouse Supervisor is the primary managerial contact with the warehouse employees. This individual sets the tone of conduct regarding hourly employee’s attitude toward their work. The supervisor’s attitude toward the employees, personality, leadership capability, technical competence, and focus on continual improvement will help determine his or her success. The most important function is the proper scheduling and utilization of people to result in optimum productivity (e.g., sensible use of overtime). The Warehouse Supervisor will provide regular feedback, including discipline and documentation where appropriate, of individual and group performance is also essential to this position. In addition to direct supervision of subordinates, the warehouse supervisor is the tactical administrator of the warehouse facility. This work includes organizing, scheduling, and dispatching daily work assignments, staging space, and dock facilities to maximize efficient material flow. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for balancing the resources of warehouse space, equipment and time with customer demand. This short to medium term planning includes pick location and storage zone profiling, yard management and identification of equipment and labor requirements in advance of their actual need. The Warehouse Supervisor is the operational “owner” of the plants finished goods inventory investment. It is his or her responsibility to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all inventory balances and data records. This is accomplished by the training and counseling of employees when necessary to properly record inventory transactions. It also includes administrating the cycle count program and investigating discrepancies and errors.

+ Bachelor's Degree- Preferred
License/ Certification
+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; SPC; Kaizen; Root Cause Analysis- Preferred
Work Experience
+ 5+ Years of Manufacturing/ Warehouse Experience Required
+ 5+ Years of Supervisory Experience
+ 2-5 Years of Customer Service Experience Preferred
Practical Knowledge
+ SAP Experience- Required
+ Advanced Computer Skills- Required
+ MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Teams Focused)

We believe in the importance of pay transparency and what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is **$70,000** to **$108,000** Per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is **9%** of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is **$76,300** to **$117,700** . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
