About the Role
As a Sales & Engineering Administrator, you will be the backbone of our marine propeller design and manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless communication between sales, engineering, and production. You will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking projects, and maintaining technical documentation to support our high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries and sales orders efficiently
Create and update sales quotes using technical data and engineering assessments
Maintain detailed documentation of propeller specifications, technical drawings, and design modifications
Track project timelines and provide status updates to customers and internal teams
Oversee engineering document control, ensuring proper revision control and distribution
Coordinate with production teams to monitor manufacturing schedules and delivery dates
Assist in creating work orders, ensuring a seamless transition from sales and engineering to production
Enter and maintain ERP system data to support operational workflows
Support tracking documentation for inboard and outboard sales
Generate monthly sales and production reports for leadership review
What You’ll Bring
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in an administrative role within manufacturing or engineering
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Understanding of technical documentation and engineering drawings
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)
Experience in the marine industry or marine propulsion systems
