We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Florence, United States. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

+ Proven experience (3-5 years) in restaurant management, preferably in a similar-sized establishment

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

+ Excellent financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and cost control

+ Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset

+ Proficiency in menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management

+ Demonstrated ability to make decisive decisions and solve problems effectively

+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

+ Current Food Safety Certification required

+ In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage industry trends

+ Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment

+ Thorough understanding of local food and beverage regulations
